Hyundai India have officially revealed its most awaited EV, the Creta EV before the launch at the Bharat Mobility 2025. The compact SUV likely to rival with Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV and Mahindra’s latest EV, BE 6. The most interesting fact is the ARAI range of 473km.
Hyundai have started the bookings of the Creta EV with a amount of Rs. 25,000, which can be made both online and offline.
Hyundai Creta EV Battery Specifications
The Creta EV will come with two battery options, a 42 kWh and a 51.4 kWh. The 42kWh battery will offer a claimed range of 390km and the bigger 51.4kWh battery will offer a claimed range of 473km. The exact power and torque figures are yet to be revealed.
In a social media video, Hyundai have revealed the V2L (Vehicle to Load) and 0-100km/h run in just 7.9 seconds. When connected with a fast charger, The Creta EV take 58 min to charge from 10%-80%.

New Creta EV Exterior Design
The latest Creta EV looks familiar with the ICE version of the Creta. The front bumper design looks similar with the Creta N-Line. The new blue colour makes the Creta EV distinct from the earlier version.
Hyundai have intelligently redesigned the front logo of the Creta EV to place the charging ports underneath. The lower front bumper also gets the active aero flaps for more air intake. It also gets the newly designed aerodynamic 17 inch alloy wheels. Apart from the new alloy wheels, the side profile looks identical.
The Creta EV will come in 10 exterior colours, including 5 metallic, 3 matte and 2 dual tone options.
Creta EV Interior Features
On the interior, Creta EV is loaded with latest tech which increase the overall cabin experience. It gets the similar 10.25 inch infotainment system and a newly designed 10.25 inch instrument cluster. The new steering wheel, carried from the KONA and a new floating center console are the important add-ons.
On the part of technology, 360-degree camera, 8 speaker BOSE sound system, ADAS linked regenerative braking, Dual zone climate control, ambient light, multi drive modes (eco, normal and sports) and ventilated from seats.
